Saucy Steamed Mussels

These were a favorite at my restaurant. In a large sauce pan add 2 large tablespoons of butter, 2 tablespoons of Forestberry Chipotle rub, 1 oz. of white sambuca and 2 lbs. of mussels. Steam covered under med/high heat for 5-8 minute or until mussels fully open. The sauce is spectacular...so make sure you have a couple of sliced crostini's around to soak it up.
